Sandra Breuer

sandraBreuer’s consulting practice focuses on executive coaching, leadership, and change management.  Breuer provides practical, action-oriented consulting and coaching to organizations and individuals. Breuer’s expertise derive from her 25-plus years of experience as an executive in large and medium-sized corporations, including Boise Cascade Corporation and Wells Fargo Bank, as an independent consultant, and in non-profit board leadership positions. As a corporate executive, Sandra led large-scale change projects and provided strategic planning skills and a systems approach to making organizations perform better.  Her projects and responsibilities also included improving organizational effectiveness, coaching executives, and developing teams and leaders, both domestically and internationally.  Breuer has a B.S. degree in Business Administration from the University of South Dakota and completed the University of Michigan’s Advanced Human Resources Executive Program.

Bruce Beebe

Beebe is an advisor and consultant on corporate governance and succession planning.  Most recently (2004-2009) he was Director of Research and co-led the launch of the Center for Corporate Governance at Deloitte LLP.  Beebe is the former editor and publisher of Directorship magazine, which has wide circulation among directors of large American companies.  At Directorship Search Group he managed governance consulting assignments, including board evaluations, director compensation surveys and analyses of board committee practices and charters. He has been an active member of the International Corporate Governance Network, National Association of Corporate Directors, Investor Relations Institute, Society of Corporate Secretaries and Governance Professionals, Conference Board Governance Center, BoardSource and the Americas Society.  He serves as senior advisor to Grupo Arfel S.A., a Colombian holding company. Beebe is active in community affairs, serving in leadership positions for the Wilton Land Conservation Trust, Town of Wilton Conservation Commission, Weir Farm Art Center, Weir Preserve of The Nature Conservancy, Wilton Riding Club and the vestry of St. Matthew’s Church.  He is a graduate of Williams College, the Thunderbird Graduate School of Global Management and Ashridge Management College (UK).

Tait Carroll, PE – Factory Operations

taitTait Carroll is the founder and principal engineer of Inland Integration, a multi-discipline engineering firm that serves automated manufacturers. Tait’s prior experience includes engineering positions with small and large firms including Eastman Kodak and an adjunct position teaching engineering at Gonzaga University. He has broad experience with production design and operation in a wide variety of industries including pharmaceuticals, medical devices, converting, food products, munitions, automotive, and wood products. Tait’s consulting work focuses on analyzing manufacturing systems in order to improve product quality, reduce unit manufacturing costs, and reduce production lead time. He received a BS in manufacturing engineering from Oregon State University and is a licensed professional engineer in the State of Washington.
